If you read my post a few weeks back you know now just how much work my girl can be when getting her out of bed and off to school...since that time we have tried many tactics. Some work, some don't. Once thing that is a sure way to get her up is to send Murphy in to help her wake up.
Murph loves this by the way. She comes in and asks me for a boost up to the bed in her special Murphy way. I give her a little boost and then she cuddles in to Grace but also playfully wakes her up. Once Gracey is awake, she giggles at all of Murphy's antics for a while...Murphy usually rolls over and acts like a big goof for a while.
Then we "ask" Murphy which clothes Grace should wear. Murphy wags her tail at us if she likes it (yes, really)...Grace really likes this process. Then they share breakfast. This morning Grace had most of her waffle but left the last bite for Murph.
As you can see by the photos this whole process get's me a happy girl and a happy dog to start the day off. From the get go Murphy has been SO much work but she is SO worth it...great work Murphy.
